The Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method® is a system which teaches, through movement, how to improve all aspects of our everyday functioning. Through the process of developing self-awareness, each person discovers and learns new ways of using the entire self. The process stimulates development and encourages people of all ages and abilities to continue learning more efficient, easier ways of moving. Movement sequences bring attention to the parts of the self usually ignored and thus expands body awareness and enables full use of the body capacity in movement.
